ORDERS
Once you have placed the order you are responsible for the accuracy of data provided. Please check our size chart for guidelines. For more information on sizes contact us at:info@elenaljutikova.com.
When the order is placed, we will start producing the garment. We do not keep stock and all items are made to order, especially for you.
All shipping costs and import duties and taxes are covered by “Ljutikova”, no additional costs apply.
Thе price is converted to show you the approximate cost in MKD. You will pay in €/$ or MKD. The exchange rate may change before you pay.
EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges only in case that the product received is damaged. It is not possible to exchange an item for another product. All exchange shipment will be subject to destination shipping costs. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest solely with the customer.
If you wish to exchange the item you must contact us at info@elenaljutikova.com within 3 days of receiving your item.
Once your exchange is approved, we must receive your item within 14 days (3 days for domestic orders). All items must be returned in the same condition they were sold in, with all the original packaging materials and no tags removed.
RETURN POLICY

Due to our unique business model, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Unlike larger retailers, we do not maintain stock of pre-made garments. Instead, every item is specially made to order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Worldwide delivery is included for all products sold on ljutikova.com.
We use DHL Express Service and Fedex or their nominated carriers to send out all orders, and all costs that arise from delivery, import duties and taxes are covered by “Ljutikova”. No additional costs apply.
Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
Delivery time may vary, depending on customs clearance and final destination.
Once you place your order, it will be sent out for dispatch within 15 working days.
Transit time depends on destination country and import procedures. It usually does not take longer than 5 working days, but it depends on destination country’s customs authorities.
MADE TO MEASURE
Made-to-measure orders can not be changed or canceled.
